Simple Pulao Rice Recipe

Ingredients for 4 Members:
1. Pulao Rice - 500 gm
2. Onions - 115 gm
3. Cloves - 4 Nos
4. Cinnamon - 2-3 gm
5. Cardamom - 3-4 Nos
6. Star Anise - 1
7. Bay Leaves - 1
8. Fat - 50 gm
9. Salt - to taste
Medthod of Recipe:
Step 1 :
Slice the all onions.
Step 2 :
Clean and soak the pulao rice for 15 minutes.
Step 3 :
Heat the fat and fry the sliced onions till crisp and golden brown color, then remove from the pan.
Step 4 :
Then fry whole garam masala in the pan, when crackles then add soaked rice and fry little bit.
Step 5 :
Add hot water in the proportion 1:2 and add salt to your taste.
Step 6 :
When rice is cooked finish off either in the oven or with live charcoal on top the lid.
Step 7 :
Finally serve hot pulao garnished by fried onions, with any khorma.
