Vegetable Korma Recipe (வெஜிடபிள் குருமா)

Vegetable Korma

Ingredients for 4 Members:


1. Potatoes (Boiled) - 450 gm

2. Cabbage - 115 gm

3. Peas - 200 gm

4. Beans - 115 gm

5. Coconut - 55 gm

6. Ginger - 5 gm

7. Green Chillies - 5 gm

8. Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch

9. Onion - 200 gm

10. Cardamom - 1 gm

11. Cinnamon - 1 gm

12. Cloves - 1 gm

13. Salt - to Taste

14. Fat - 50 gm

15. Lime - 1/2


Medthod of Recipe:


Step 1 :

Peel the onions then cut into cubes.

Step 2 :

Wash the remaining vegetables (Cabbage & Beans) and diced the all.

Step 3 :

Get a pan and add little bit oil and saute the vegetables.

Step 4 :

Then add the water to cook vegetables.

Step 5 :

Grind together ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves half of the onions and grated coconut.

Step 6 :

Roast the whole garam masala (Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves) and then powder the roasted garam masala.

Step 7 :

Get a pan and heat the fat then fry remaining sliced onions.

Step 8 :

Add garam masala and grinded (ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves) paste, then saute well.

Step 9 :

Add boiled potatoes and vegetables and little bit hot water, then cook for 5 minutes.

Step 10 :

Finally add salt to your taste and mix well. after 2 minutes get the tasty Vegetable korma.
